Shipping and Delivery

When can I receive my order?

Any order placed by 12:00 PM SGT Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) will usually ship on the same working day. If you’ve placed an order after 12:00 PM SGT or on a weekend or public holiday, your order will usually be processed within the next working day.

Delivery is expected to be within 2 to 3 working days once your order is processed and a tracking number will be provided.

Can I get my order sooner than that?

If you require same-day or next-day delivery, please contact us BEFORE placing an order and we may be able to arrange for in-person delivery, subject to conditions with a shipping fee of S$10.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, there is free shipping for every order $30 and above. Please note the free shipping offer and shipping fees are subject to change without notice.

My tracking number shows the package was delivered but I did not receive it.

Our recommendation is to immediately talk to the delivery service provider. Once we hand over the package to a delivery service, we have no control over your package. Thus, we will not take responsibility for a lost or stolen package if the tracking information shows a successful delivery. Thus, the responsibility to retrieve the package or receive a refund (in case of a lost or stolen item where delivery tracking shows a successful delivery) falls between the customer and the delivery service provider.

Can you ship anywhere in Singapore?

We cannot ship orders to post office boxes and only ship to a physical address in Singapore. We can also not accept orders where we cannot identify the individual delivery address. You agree to be responsible for all costs resulting from an unsuccessful delivery if it is not possible to deliver the products to your delivery address (e.g. too large of a shipment for your letterbox, no one at home to receive the package, security refusal, etc). The risk of loss of products will be passed to you upon delivery of the products to the address provided in your order.

I received the strings but with the Tier One logo and name on the packaging.

We are actually Tier One Sports but with a new branding of TRU PRO going forward. Be assured our products are of the same top quality as always.

All our current products will keep their same names, such as Black Knight, Ghost Wire, Firewire, and others. However, we will slowly transition all our product packaging, website, and transactional emails to the new business name of TRU PRO.

Why is there a name change to TRU PRO?

This is to remove the limitations we have had since the inception of “Tier One Sports” on selling certain products like apparel. This name change will enable us to expand our product line and provide you with even more quality items to choose from.

Rest assured that we will continue to provide you with the same quality products you have come to expect from us. It's just a new business name! Thank you again for being part of our journey.

I want to buy TRU PRO products but I am located outside of Singapore. Do you offer international shipping?

Depending on your location and subject to an agreed shipping provider and applicable charges, yes we can. Please get in touch with us here BEFORE placing an order.
